I just registered a domain with namecheap a few weeks ago and it definitely came up as something they didn't want to give me. It was close to another trademark name. I had to agree to accept the risk. I looked it up, and they are in a different business (and the names are really that close to a human, just to an algorithm). So I accepted the risk. So FB can't claim they ignore this stuff. They seem to be making a good-faith effort to prevent this kind of fraud.
