I don't think so. Keep in mind that DL training is only a minuscule part of GPGPU applications. HPC is still a huge market with a strong demand for compute accelerator cards. In practice, TPUs and SoCs with inference extensions are a much bigger threat for NVIDIA in the cloud and automotive business.
