When - pretty soon - intensive care units in most countries will be overwhelmed, and millions of (mostly elderly, granted) people will be left struggling for their life in their homes, we'll see who is acting like a 9yo.
- mlang23 7y agoYou sound like a mother who is trying to make her kid comply to something that isn't really important. "If you are not afraid like me, god will smite you."
- danmaz74 7y agoI'm not expecting you to comply, I'm just stating what the risk is that those measures are trying to contain, and hoping this will help some readers understand. By the way, given the mathematics of exponential virus spread and pretty much fixed number of ICUs per country, I also think that that scenario is pretty much a certainty at this point - but we can still lower the number of people who will be left without care by slowing down the contagion, and thus making the peak lower.
