I would like the Teams UI to be compressed more and some other things but otherwise it is alright. There is a problem with people creating teams channels, upload documents there and then people come and go and some of those documents that should have been in some public repository is instead in that channel (SharePoint) only. It does not have to be that way but it is very easy to end up that way.
