Personally I believe there should be an age cap for important positions. 70 years old and you are out. Alzheimer's is becoming an issue with elected officials and will only worsen. We have age minimums. Why not a maximum?
- me_me_me 7y agoThere are 40yrs old people who are not fit to run their own lives and there are 80+yrs old people who are razor sharp. How do you propose we filter out people unfit for office?
- jmpman 7y agoThrough open and free elections where the candidates debate the issues prior to the election? Seems to have worked so far.
