My company uses gitflow and releases daily from a monorepo with a team of 40 devs. Some of us rebase. Everyone is happy. I think that disproves just about every point in the blog post. I have no idea what non-obvious thing, if any, we're doing to make this work. Then again I don't think gitflow is complicated either.
