Interesting and somewhat counter intuitive to me. I imagine that depends on where one lives in a particular timezone. Personally, I prefer DST. During standard time in California, I have to shift my sleep cycle earlier relative to the clock time as I am unable to sleep once the sun is up which is typically before 7 am.
