What's the cost of a customer switching platforms?
- reaperducer 7y agoDepends on the platform, the date, the time, the location, the destination, and a dozen other factors. Generally speaking, Lyft costs more than Uber, but you get a better class of passengers and a better class of drivers.
- Jommi 7y agoWhat? There is literally no cost. You download the competitors app, and youre good to go. Prices for the ride are always changing. Uber usually has lower per mile cost, while Lyft has a bit lower minute cost. This does not affect switching costs.
