For types of employment which are often for-hire or hourly (think plumbers, electricians, etc.), unions typically offer group insurance for their members. It would be nice if there were a similar union for tech entrepreneurs and startup employees... although maybe companies would become worried that such a union would start trying to negotiate for concessions from employers.
