Does culture relate to national and race related culture?
- hunter2_ 7y agoCulture has many definitions, and most of them do involve generalizing a people. In the context of workplace culture, I believe it's explicitly not those things, but rather Merriam Webster's definition 1b: "the set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution or organization" https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/culture https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/culture
