Well I'm pretty sure you looked pissed when you wrote that message, and an algorithm can detect that. The first times it would just try the most popular methods(or only the ones that you chose), and then depending on your reaction, it would try new things until if finds what works best for you. I'm probably going to starts with very simple suggestions(opening a meditation app, playing relaxing music, displaying jokes, opening a conversation with a friend...), then I'll probably let people add and share their own extensions/scripts to propose new relaxing activities.
