Same here. I even did my research, but in retrospect it turns out a lot of their TrustPilot reviews are obvious fakes. I'm now trying to return it but I'm being ignored by customer service. Time to get a chargeback I guess. Any other avenues to get a refund? What a bunch of charlatans. Who knows what this weird offgassing contains. Who ever heard of an air filter that does offgassing?
