I have a little 125cc Honda Monkey with a top speed of 45mph (55mph downhill). Not able to go 40mph seems like I’d be moving dangerously slow on a lot of roads.

I have a little 125cc Honda Monkey with a top speed of 45mph (55mph downhill). Not able to go 40mph seems like I’d be moving dangerously slow on a lot of roads. But I agree, I want a tiny smart-car-like vehicle for when it’s too cold or wet.
