Very unlikely. This thing’s R0 is high enough that it was never getting stopped.
- drclau 7y agoIf stopping is not an option, delaying (or decreasing the speed of spreading) is the next best thing. Who is to say we won’t have a vaccine or some other treatment soon? Delaying means reducing potential deaths, suffering and economic impact.
