Remember having to call movie theatres for showtimes?
- hadlock 7y agoThere's actually an entire episode of Seinfield about this, one of the main characters gets a new phone number and it's one digit off of the (in)famous MovieFone number in Manhattan.
- starpilot 7y agoI know.
- WalterBright 7y agoyeah, and you wait and wait for the movie you want to come up, and if you miss the time you have to wait through the whole spiel again. Ugh.
- gspr 7y agoInteresting! Where I'm from, these were posted in the newspaper. But I do remember having to call to reserve seats.
