I am one of the 150 million visitors that frequent Walmart on atleast a monthly schedule, in fact I can't remember the last time I went to town without making a purchase there. Maybe that is part of the reason I am not interested in making online purchases through a Walmart website, unless they can offer a better price or an even larger selection of items online that are not available instore, what is the point? I also have what is possibly an unfounded fear but a fear none the less, that ordering groceries online would result in receiving wilted produce and closer to be expired products. Chances are the online groceries at this point in time are fresher than those available in store. But as with all good things this will eventually come to an end, once a critical mass of customers is achieved and the pressures on store management to turn greater profits and reduce spoilage sets in.
