- pyrale 7y agoThis category of vehicles has existed for ages in France. This one won't change the law.

- close04 7y agoThey are actually very popular in many countries among drivers who have their license suspended but depend on having a vehicle. There are even rental companies that basically work exclusively with this type of scenario.
- ErneX 7y agoYou can drive this in most EU countries with the simplest permit available (the same as motorcycles of 49cc) in Spain you can get that permit at 15 years of age, but years ago you could get it at 14.
