I tried spinning up some free Oracle cloud instances (you get 2!) but it was "out of capacity" (at least in that instance shape?) in sydney region... not an experience I've had with any other cloud provider. Perhaps they are too popular? /s

In Sydney!? Quite possibly. Australia is pretty small, I'm surprised they have a datacenter there at all tbh.

  I guess so were they because they didn't put any computers in it.
