How credible is a rape case when the police themselves admitted to altering the reports of the accusers to fit the narrative given to them?

    Is that not tampering with evidence? If true, I'd expect some serious investigation into this.

      Yes. The "ohchr.org" is the "Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights". I would imagine that's enough weight to warrant a local inquiry.
