As much as I am in favour of readable code, the point of the article is that you do not need to read the function! There is only one sensible thing that a function of that type can do. The type really is, in this case, the best technical explanation for what the code does. (One might want to add comments that help you understand the meaning but the implementation is really irrelevant.)
