Three points:
1.) Don't use the advice here to make a decision. It's all based on personal situations that probably differ from yours. Read it with a grain of salt.
2.) Always have a backup plan or two. So if you leave school, make sure you have ways of getting money/job/back to school/etc.
3.) My advice (see #1) I'm 19, left college after a year of CS, founded a startup etc. But I worked for a startup before that, so I had a vague understanding of what I was getting into. I also have a few safety nets & backup options.
