Steps to getting a date: 1 - match with someone 2 - ask a question related to their profile 3 - have non creepy casual conversation. Every answer or statement you give should be followed by a question 4 - ask to Meetup for a drink or coffee in the new 3 days I don't know if that counts as a true date but it's a start.
