Unless you can land a gig with a startup before you move finish your degree or at least stick it out another year until you have a great idea to pursue or find a startup that really wants to bring you onboard. Also, you didn't really mention what your skillset is? Are you a rockstar developer or designer with a proven body of freelance work? This may be a different story then.
