I am not sure if your question is meaningful. From my understanding, there is no organized structure to Anonymous. "Anonymous" is not a group. It is a collective name used by hackers who align themselves with the goals and beliefs that have been expressed in Anonymous' name in the past. At least that is my understanding. I have no real source or citations, asides from a few HN posts that I recall reading in the past.
