Does anyone know if/why it is legal for China to be producing and selling these blatantly knock-off products? It seems outrageous that they are able to sell a product with the same EXACT name (the 'Ove' Glove example in the link) as the copied product.
- gowld 7y agoWhat are you going to do, file a complaint with the WTO?
- president 7y agoI would assume there are some tools the US can use to combat the problem?
- nkrisc 7y agoNo it's not legal, but who's going to do anything about it? Good luck suing a Chinese company in China. You might have better luck sending them a letter asking them nicely to stop counterfeiting your product.
