I believe Walmart's online store offers items from third parties but honors Walmart's return policies and guarantees. In order to compete with selection of options for online marketplaces like Amazon, I imagine they had to start sourcing products from third parties that don't typically appeal to the masses and fit in their store models. In physical stores, last I checked, counterfeits weren't really applicable in anyway and seems to be fairly well quality controlled.
