- tunap 7y agoCan that be done safely? As I understood it, albeit years ago, you needed certain MS services/drivers for thermal & battery management unavailable in Win 7 or Linux. The hardware & build of the early Surface Tablets was solid(still?), but I would never considered using Win 8 or 10.
- rezeroed 7y agoI have a Laptop 3, not tablet, seems fine.
