I don't think you'll need experimental evidence to agree that you could also attack human drivers with targeted sign changes which wouldn't work with a particular AI driver. But it never gets distracted, and always tries its best to follow the rules. This may well be enough to compensate for its low intelligence - and beyond. The worst human drivers ain't always the lowest IQ ones.
