The problem might lie in that our laws are very precisely worded with words that could be translated as equity or other of these words as well, along with a dozen of other options. Translating these text is hugely painful to me (and other people as well, imho). While I am ok in conversational English, my level of more formal/financial English is not that good. I've just started attending a professional English course. :-)
