I got pretty mediocre grades in middle school. I always stayed up way too late on my computer. However I noticed looking back there was one exceptional quarter:

I got pretty mediocre grades in middle school. I always stayed up way too late on my computer. However I noticed looking back there was one exceptional quarter: when my first class was PE. I think running a mile at the start of every day did something to my brain. I advocate PE as the first class for all students.
