The same result as an ssh tunnel just lower on the network stack. In your case it'd seem that you can filter all your servers except for your one tunnel/bounce

The same result as an ssh tunnel just lower on the network stack. In your case it'd seem that you can filter all your servers except for your one tunnel/bounce host. A VPN host just wouldn't have anything else on it.
