How does a foreign national open a US business bank account?

I have an EIN for my company, but getting a US business bank account is like pulling teeth. They require a 'site' visit for a web-based company. Does anyone know of a US based bank that I can open an account with so I can launch ? Btw, my company is registered in Jamaica - but I can register one in the US (that's no big deal). If I don't have to travel, that would be preferred.
