I'm surprised the city of kitchener did not get sued for the lack of maintenance on the streetlamp.
- mikepurvis 7y agoThat assumes that any of this was really about the streetlamp though. Note that the person riding a bicycle was also guilty of the crime of "wearing dark clothing".
