How do I protect myself from apps like these? I don't want the sender to know when I am opening the emails and I want to block any kind of the trackers they use

    If you use Gmail, then yes. Otherwise, you can use a email client program which blocks or does not implement the trackers (I think there are probably many; in some cases, you may have to configure it).

    But it tracks others, the emails I send out, right? I don’t want to do that either
