I wonder if Mozilla has enough resources to test on Windows machines, or if it's just bad luck with hardware configuration, or something else entirely. I reported an unrelated bug in Nightly where I couldn't use smartcard authentication and since it only reproed on Windows we had a back and forth exchanging screenshots and logs until the root cause was narrowed down.
