My read is that Alphabet is selling the assets to Shell, and Shell is thinking about what to do with them.
- jacquesm 7y agoIt would be interesting to know how much it sold for. I'm guessing not a whole lot, is there a public filing where Google / Alphabet will have to disclose this?
- asdfasgasdgasdg 7y agoGoogle would only have to disclose it if the loss is material, IIUC. I doubt it is on Google's scale.
