Amen. Burning-out means one's life has been unbalanced/over-extended. Take care of #1 first, get priorities, lifestyle, goals and mind together. :) I mean to have other things going in life besides work and tech. Take up pottery, glassworking, photography or painting.. whatever seems fun.
