From one of the comments, it is interesting how "-HINDI" in the search string does seem to eliminate most Indian videos (even ones in other Indian languages like Tamil) where "HINDI" does not seem to be present in the video description. Looks like a real market need here, although maybe limited to videos in a particular segment (I searched for "Angular tutorial" for this example), because somehow I don't get these Indian hits at all -- despite being Indian and living in India.
