Where skeptics deviate from this reasoning is that, while there is hard evidence (i.e. the incidence of radiation burns, radar artifacts, etc) of something happening, the most likely explanation is terrestrial rather than interstellar.
- tgflynn 7y agoYes, but there's pretty strong evidence that something is going on that doesn't fit most rational people's model of reality. What that something is could range from extraterrestrial visitors to highly classified government programs that are protected by massive disinformation campaigns to gross government and military incompetence. I think it's important to find out what is really going on because all of those explanations have major implications for the American people at least and possibly for the entire world.
