Replace nginx with Caddy for zero config HTTPS.

- htfy96 7y agoI would wait for Caddy 2 at this point, for I found 1.0 doesn't work very well when your site gets complicated - many directives conflict with each other. Fortunately it seems that most of these are solved in 2.0.
- mholt 7y agoDon't wait, start using it now while we're in beta so we can fix problems before they affect everyone!
