The fact that the CAN bus is not wireless is rather a feature in terms of safety.
- archi42 7y agoThey also do weird stuff like having on bus for the safety critical systems and another for fun stuff like the window lifter. Sometimes the infotainment uses a third bus! /s
- jayd16 7y agoMost modern luxury cars have wireless diagnostics don't they? I believe BMW does at least. Should we shy away from them?
