How do you make sure you do your best work without proper feedback?
- A_No_Name_Mouse 7y agoNot sure I understand your question. I will tell my manager what I'm doing. If she likes me to do different things (or the same things differently) the 1-on-1's are the best moment to talk about that. That's how I get feedback.
