- himinlomax 7y agoThat's a result of the contributory infringement nonsense that has been used to prosecute people who posted links to works, not works themselves.
- everfree 7y agoIt was a copyright claim under the DMCA. You're right in thinking that it's bonkers, regardless of whether under copyright or trademark.
