My page(https://www.towardssoftware.com https://www.towardssoftware.com) isn't quite that old, but it gets the job done with an incredibly simple content manager - plain html/css editing. There is almost no javascript, and I have to say, it's done wonderful so far. I have tried Hugo to manage stuff, and a couple of others, but for a lot of blog type of stuff, html just works!
