I completely agree, sounds like we both want the same thing, but wouldn't a better method be to just script the setup? If it's already detailed and personalized why not just have it as a script that goes through and sets it all up? If all the information is already captured why only display it on a screen and make the user copy? edit: I'm not familiar with the scripting environment on mobile devices, but this is very doable on normal machines. I don't remember the last time I had to setup outlook.
