Best leaders are those who don't "want" to be leaders but have leadership thrust upon them. I think if everyone follows this basic principle then it should be good in all settings irrespective of organic/chosen/imposed.
- brianmcc 7y agoDefinitely some truth here, but it favours upper management benevolently choosing leaders IMO. Those with talent/ability but without the desire to lead will never compete with the actively power-hungry.
