- tgv 7y agoWhat an utterly cheap way to motivate people for your own benefit, because surely he can’t have ignored the possibility that his employees could follow this great recipe.
- downerending 7y agoHonestly, if you want to be up for raises and promotions in a corporate environment, this isn't bad advice at all. All other things being equal, someone who comes in earlier will be seen as a harder worker than someone who comes in later. It's a pretty easy win. (Myself, I'm more of a slacker...)
