This thing is trash. I put "never" on everything and then "a few times a year" on one and I was still "mid" risk at 0.3/6. Putting "once a month or less" on one thing made it "high" at 0.5/6 So basically 0.0 = LOW, 0.1 - 0.3 = MID, 0.3 - 6.0 = HIGH Basically everyone who isn't in their dream job is at high risk of burnout.
