I regularly do 15 to 30 minutes. In my current project, it's between 30 and 45 minutes due to socialising with coworkers. These minutes are not paid, meaning I have to stay longer at work, less free time. Long lunch almost always feels terrible to me. Short lunch is like a treat for myself. I've never seen engineers doing longer than 1 hour breaks at a regular basis. Even 1 hour is rare.
