Is this tracking for reporting purposes only, or are there certain incentives/punishments for making/missing on certain metrics?
- gwbrooks 7y agoNYC has its own layer of human-rights law that covers hiring discrimination. And beyond whether discrimination is proven and acted upon, the NYC Commission on Human Rights has proven more than willing to dive into media trials where they essentially shame companies whether or not those companies have been found guilty of a violation.
